Melissa
Eubanks, M.Ed.
has
provided organizations with transformational leadership development for over
twenty years, as both a corporate executive and consultant. She has a strong
background in Human Resource and Organizational Development as well as
operations management. Her focus is on strategic planning, organizational
structure and leadership, and people development. She is an internationally
experienced organizational consultant, development expert, and trainer. She
holds a psychology degree from Southern Methodist University and Masters
Degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas.

Tony Fleo,
M.A. has twenty years
experience in helping communities, organizations and individuals in
leadership development, effective communication, and establishing mission to
build culture whether within a company, community, or family environment. He
is a community leader able to build coalitions, a lecturer, teacher,
therapist, executive coach, and organizational consultant. He earned his
B.A. and M.A. in psychology from Duquesne University, He has served on the
ministerial staff of several large churches in family ministry and
counseling, and the faculty of the University of Dallas. He has presented
workshops and keynote addresses at regional, national, and international
conferences and workshops in the areas of leadership, organizational
systems, community and relationships. |
